With our continued investment in research and development, we are constantly perfecting our production process, giving us the ability to not only provide new flavors, but modify existing flavors on request. We established a strong relationship with our eCig manufacturers, giving us the unique capacity to request any quantity of popular eCig equipment, many not yet available in the US. Such robust relationship also affords us the opportunity to showcase the very latest eCig equipment innovation, offering our customer the newest, most satisfying vaping experience. All products we sell are sold, “AS-IS”, with no warranties expressed nor implied and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item received by the customer is DOA(Dead on Arrival).  Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their defective product in order to start a return process.  (receiving of product will be based on your tracking number and the time and day that shows your package was delivered to you)  DOA items only apply to electrical devices such as an Itaste, Kanger, Provari or Ego’s.  Online purchases cannot be returned to our store front location and must go through our RMA process which is listed below.  Should a customer return an item without notifying us first, we will refuse the package upon its delivery for the safety of our staff.  For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, we DO NOT accept returns of: atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick, wire, mechanical mods, rebuildable devices and atomizers and parts for rebuildables and/or atomizers.  Therefore, our Return Policy EXCLUDES any products of this kind. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any kind of replacement or compensation for bottled liquids as taste differ for each individual and how the flavor reflects on their palette.

All equipment orders will be shipped first thing in the morning the following business day (including Saturday) via USPS first class mail or priority mail at the customer's discretion.  Liquid orders in strength of our standard offerings (12MG, 6MG, and 0MG) will be shipped out within 48 hours of order.  Liquid of 18MG or any non-standard order might take longer.  On the rare occasion where we are out of a specific flavoring, the liquid order might take up to 10 calendar days. Under such circumstances where shipment could not be made as described above, a communication will be sent to the customer with an explanation.

For electronic cigarette that includes battery units, additional handling and insurance charged by shipping carriers might apply.  These additional expenses will be communicated to the customer.  Shipment will only be made when customers agree to such additional fees and pay them in full.  If customers do not agree to such terms, the order will be cancelled and customers will be refunded immediately.
