Shipments typically leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed. Depending on the shipping method chosen delivery can take anywhere from 1-7 business days. Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days (We cannot guarantee it will arrive the next day since USPS doesn't always make it on time. But most of the time is does make it, as long as you order before 2pm, and will definitely speed up your shipment to the fastest shipping possible.)

We will happily accept exchange or return of any products that are defective due to manufacturing or workmanship if returned within 10 days from the date of purchase. All returns will have a 20% restocking fee added. Please contact us first to see if we can help you resolve the problem. If your item still isn't working and needs replacement, we'll send you information about where to send it back and get you out a new item as quickly as possible or issue you a credit for your next purchase (less shipping).
